Pregnancy Acne indicates Baby Gender

Does a sudden acne outbreak on a woman’s face, somehow indicate the gender of the baby that she may be carrying?
For those of you who are lucky enough to have a great Grandmother to ask, then the answer would be definitely yes, the baby is a girl! And, if your bout of acne came out of the blue, then probably she also told you that you were pregnant before you had tested positive.
